Cy-Mind AI

The control panel for your AI agents.

AI agents work alongside your people, but without job descriptions, line managers or audit trails. Cy-Mind AI gives you all three, for every agent.

An isometric cutaway of an office where AI agents work at desks and in the server rooms, each ringed with an identity marker. Their actions converge on a single approval gate: three pass through to approved destinations, one is blocked at the gate, and one slips around it on a dashed path to an unlabelled system. Three findings are flagged: an unapproved action with no human in the loop, an unknown tool call that is not on the allow-list, and a missing audit trail that cannot answer the auditor.

AI agents run business processes, call external services, access data and trigger actions. Most organisations have no way to see, control or evidence any of it.

What it looks like

Nobody could say what the AI agent had read.

A finance team connects an assistant to the invoice mailbox and the shared drive. Months later an auditor asks which customer records it opened, and on whose authority. Here is what makes that question answerable.

01

Every agent has an owner

Each agent gets an identity, a defined scope and short-lived credentials issued per action. “The assistant” stops being a shared login and becomes a named thing with a person accountable for it.

02

The actions that matter stop at a gate

Reading a mailbox is routine. Sending data outside the business is not. Approval gates sit in front of the second kind, so a human decides before it happens rather than after.

03

The record is written as it happens

Every decision, tool call, approval and outcome lands in a tamper-resistant ledger at the moment it occurs. When the auditor asks, there is something to show rather than something to reconstruct.

Why it matters

Agents arrive without line managers.

Threat 01

Prompt injection

An agent tricked by a malicious instruction into doing something it shouldn't.

Threat 02

Behavioural drift

An agent slowly behaving differently, with no obvious moment of breakage.

Threat 03

Scaling without accountability

An agent scaling before anyone defines who owns it or how to roll it back.

Capabilities

What Cy-Mind AI covers.

Identity, visibility, approval, behaviour and audit for every agent, across managed providers and locally hosted models.

01

Identity & access

Every agent has an identity, an owner and a scope, and reaches only the systems you've approved.

02

Communication & action visibility

A live picture of which agents are active, what they're communicating with, and which actions they're triggering.

03

Approval & policy controls

Human approval gates and policy checks at the moment an agent attempts a sensitive action.

04

Behaviour & anomaly detection

Spots unusual tool use, communication changes, and signs of manipulation or misuse.

05

Evidence & audit

A tamper-resistant record of every decision, tool call, approval and outcome, ready for audit or executive review.

Two deployment shapes

From AI-native team to sovereign operation.

Lightweight · SaaS

For AI-native teams

Practical governance without heavy infrastructure.

Best for:

Startups, scale-ups, and engineering-led teams.

Enterprise · Sovereign

For stronger control needs

Local deployment, sensitive-data protection, and full auditability.

Best for:

Defence, financial services, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and public sector.

Standards & frameworks

Evidence your auditors and regulators can use.

Findings map to the AI, cyber and governance standards your auditors care about.

Architecture

How it runs.

Every agent runs inside a wrapper that gives it identity, scope and approval gates, with a tamper-resistant audit ledger behind it.

Cy-Mind AI sovereign deployment topology — mixed AI agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, local LLMs), identity wrapper, approval and policy gate, behaviour observer with tamper-resistant audit ledger, governance dashboard. All within the customer-controlled boundary.

How we deliver

Your data and your agents stay with you.

Cy-Mind AI supports SaaS, on-premise, sovereign and air-gapped deployment, with a bring-your-own approach to agents, models, data and infrastructure. Sensitive workflows and evidence trails stay inside your environment.

Cydalics runs Cy-Mind AI internally for its own AI-enabled operations.

Next step.

Start with an architecture walk-through. We map where agents operate, which actions need governance, and which deployment shape fits, usually in one session.
